The Project Manager – Implementations is responsible for leading the deployment of CensiTrac solutions for health system customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. The role involves managing end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end services projects for Censis customers, from contract handoff through go‑live and transition to support.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
- Oversee, direct, and coordinate tasks assigned to the project team.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams in successful project delivery with high CSAT scores.
- Facilitate and lead all relevant meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clinical leaders, SPD/OR teams, IT staff, and hospital executives.
- Proactively identify risks and issues; drive mitigation plans and escalate when necessary.
- Set and manage customer expectations, including scope, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Engage with internal and external customers to identify business needs and requirements.
- Coordinate a smooth transition to Customer Success and Support teams post go‑live.
- Own scope management and formally manage change requests.
- Identify implementation risks early and execute mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, SOWs, and standards.
- Forecast revenue and schedule, providing updates on project status.
- Ensure implementations follow standardized methodologies and best practices.
- Drive documentation and continuous process improvement.
- Act as a collaborative leader, fostering strong team relationships.
- Proactively resolve dependencies, resource constraints, and communication gaps.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience implementing software / project managing software implementations.
- Experience with healthcare implementations.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and training skills.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity and ease with computer systems and common software products.
