Responsibilities

• Manage new orders for business customers across services from initiation to completion.
• Eliminate handoffs between departments to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
• Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers.
• Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
• Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources.
