PV Project Director

This role involves managing and supporting a team of Project Managers in pharmacovigilance projects, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely delivery of contracted PV activities for PrimeVigilance clients.

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

• Management and support of a team of Project Managers.
• Ensuring contracted activities are delivered within budget, on time, with good quality, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting project teams as PV expert.
• Providing support to Business Unit Leads, Head of Global PM department, and senior leadership.
• Overseeing management of project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Maintaining client relations and ensuring high-quality work.
• Involvement in issue escalation, client PV requirements, project setup, deliverables, communication, training, and quality assurance.
• Ensuring compliance with PV regulations and managing Quality Events and CAPA.
• Participating in client audits and inspections.

Requirements

• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification.
• 5 years of appropriate work experience.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Organization skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Management skills, including time and issue management.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Decision making.
• Team working.
• Ability to motivate/coach people; leadership.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written).
• Advanced literacy in MS Office.
