We’re hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused recruiting role where you’ll work directly with hiring managers and clients to identify, attract, and hire top talent across multiple industries and functions.

Responsibilities
- Manage the hiring process from intake call through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
- Create and optimize job descriptions for maximum visibility and candidate flow
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Boolean search, niche job boards
- Build pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews
- Evaluate experience, communication, technical fit, cultural alignment, career goals
- Maintain detailed ATS notes and evaluation feedback
- Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling across time zones
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage follow-ups
- Deliver a professional, positive, and responsive candidate experience
- Provide hiring managers with pipeline updates and market feedback
- Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring discussions
- Support decision-making with structured candidate evaluations
- Act as a trusted recruiting partner to clients and internal stakeholders
- Draft and present offers to candidates
- Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations
- Coordinate onboarding and hiring documentation
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting dashboards
- Track time-to-fill, source performance, candidate pipeline health, interview conversion rates
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, iCIMS
- Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills
- Excellent interview and candidate assessment abilities
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage fast-moving hiring pipelines efficiently
