The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Recruiter to partner with senior recruiters in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open roles, primarily remotely with a preference for candidates based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom once calibrated with the hiring team.
- Support senior recruiters with day-to-day recruiting tasks and administrative workflows.
- Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and recruiting workflows.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in recruiting (in-house, agency, or RPO); candidates with strong energy, presence on camera, and fast learning ability will also be considered with 2+ years of experience.
- Proven sourcing skills across various platforms and channels, especially LinkedIn.
- Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable running candidate screens via Zoom or other video conferencing tools, with strong on-camera presence and communication energy.
- Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open roles without dropping the ball.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support recruiting workflows.
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
