Regional Growth Director

Ennoble Care is a provider of mobile primary, palliative, and hospice care, operating in multiple states, offering services such as remote patient monitoring and behavioral health management. They seek individuals committed to high-quality patient care.

Location: Remote / Hybrid Remote in an Ennoble Care Office Location

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard growth professionals (community liaisons) to build referral partnerships.
• Develop comprehensive training programs for new and existing growth staff.
• Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, coaching, and reviews.
• Establish territory assignments and coverage models.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare entities and community organizations.
• Represent Ennoble Care at healthcare conferences and industry events.
• Oversee growth reporting and analytics functions.
• Utilize KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
• Analyze market trends and referral patterns.
• Create regular growth performance reports for leadership.
• Implement CRM systems for lead management.
• Drive achievement of revenue targets.
• Recommend pricing strategies and monitor market trends.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Quality teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of growth leadership experience in hospice, home health, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing growth teams.
• Proven success in building relationships with healthcare executives and administrators.
• Background in post-acute care settings and referral-based business models.
