Remote Sales & Customer Success Representative for Software Company

A remote Sales & Customer Success Representative role for a bootstrapped B2B SaaS company serving the seasonal pool service industry, focusing on inbound support, warm sales, and customer relationship management.

Location: Remote (LATAM & SA)

Salary: $1,300 – $1,800 USD/month

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound support calls and tickets.
• Run 15–30 minute discovery and quoting calls with warm leads.
• Manage a HubSpot pipeline of follow-ups and trade-show leads.
• Embed in the founder's service business initially to learn workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in a hybrid customer success and inside sales role, with ownership of inbound support and phone-based sales.
• Track record of closing deals by phone with warm inbound leads.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience — pipeline management, sequencing, task management, and deal-stage tracking.
• Measurable sales results in prior B2B or B2C roles.
• Experience supporting or selling to SMB service businesses (pool service, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, or field/home services).
• Remote experience managing a queue of 20–100+ customers or leads with minimal supervision.
• C1+ English (CEFR) for live phone communication with US-based customers.
