A remote technical support representative, also called a remote service agent, to provide technical support via phone and chat for clients across Canada, supporting troubleshooting, repairs, and product use.
Location: Remote (Canada)
Salary: B.C. hourly pay rate: $18.85 - $19.85; P.E.I. hourly pay rate: $17.25 - $18; Ontario hourly pay rate: $19.35 - $19.50
Responsibilities
- Identifying and recommending solutions based on customers’ needs
- Facilitating product repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, installations, and other services using an online portal and remote desktop software
- Tutoring clients on the proper use of their products
- Completing training to continuously improve the client experience
Requirements
- 1+ years of call center or help desk experience
- Experience in troubleshooting and/or repairing devices
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Verbal and written proficiency in English
- Ability to work 24+ hours per week over 4 to 5 shifts
