Revenue Cycle Liason

The Revenue Cycle Liaison at MultiCare performs detailed analytical review of self pay accounts receivables and billing systems, acting as a liaison between vendors and the healthcare system to resolve billing issues. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, requiring healthcare billing experience and technical skills.

Salary: $61,172.80 - $84,489.60 USD

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analytical and statistical review of self pay A/R and billing system.
• Serve as the direct contact for vendor management and act as liaison between self pay vendors and the Manager of PFE.
• Identify, review, research, analyze, and resolve self pay accounts receivables problems.
• Act as an internal liaison systems coordinator with the business office, IS&T Epic Application Analysts, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years relevant healthcare billing experience with background in research and analysis of billing problems and/or accounts receivables.
• Minimum two (2) years computer experience or training.
• Experience in developing, implementing, operating, maintaining or using information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings.
• Two years college or medical business school preferred.
