Ruby on Rails – React

A remote position for a developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Ruby on Rails and React Native, focusing on building and maintaining mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails and React Native.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services.
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize performance through virtualization, batching, throttling/debouncing.
• Handle SSR/SSG and platform integration.
• Manage packages and dependencies.
• Implement observability and monitoring.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React Native.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with SSR/SSG and platform integration.
• Familiarity with package and dependency management.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control tools.
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests.
