The role of Sales Operations Analyst (Sales Support & Digital Marketing) involves supporting sales and digital marketing initiatives, bridging sales and marketing efforts, and maintaining attention to detail.
Location: United States
Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital communication activities in support of marketing and client campaigns globally and regionally.
- Execute direct emails and automation campaigns in Marketo.
- Participate in project discussions and contribute to project implementation.
- Conduct data research & validation following stakeholder processes.
- Support CRM administrative processes, maintain & update records and databases.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers, record sales prospecting activity.
- Support sales projects from regional offices, facilitate Docusign process.
- Create and update progress reports for stakeholders.
- Develop understanding of products, services, markets, and buyer hubs.
- Identify opportunities across regions to streamline marketing and digital activities.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- Strong digital marketing and/or data analysis background.
- Experience using digital marketing channels.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (macros) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent IT skills, basic understanding of website architecture, HTML, CSS.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Committed to quality and continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, focused, proactive, able to multi-task, analyze data, work independently.
- Experience working with virtual teams.
