Sales Specialist for Grifols Plasma products, responsible for promoting and selling to clinics and doctors in Germany, building customer networks, and conducting educational events.
Location: Germany, Frankfurt (Home Office)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the promotion and sale of Grifols Plasma products and related services and diagnostics programs to clinics and doctors in the assigned area.
- Maximize profit by increasing acceptance of products and service programs.
- Build a network of potential customers.
- Establish long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct events and training for customers (doctors & medical staff).
- Represent Grifols at regional and national congresses.
- Continuously report and document data in sales promotion systems.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.
- Communicate market information and competitor activities to supervisors and relevant departments.
Requirements
- Completed natural sciences degree or training as a pharmaceutical representative (§ 75 AMG).
- Scientific background.
- At least 3 years of experience as a field sales representative.
- Excellent IT skills with independent use of Outlook & Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Effective communication skills in spoken and written German.
- Presentation skills for individuals and groups.
- Good English language skills.
