SAP AMS Analyst

Support SAP AMS team by handling user requests, small projects, change requests, and providing SAP support within SAP ECC modules. Ensure SOx compliance, configuration, development, and maintenance of SAP systems, along with documentation and user training.

Location: South Africa

Responsibilities

• Solve SAP AMS tickets within SLAs
• Support and advise internal users and consultants
• Configure, develop, and maintain SAP systems
• Handle application support, change management, and enhancements
• Produce and maintain documentation on processes and customizations
• Train key users on SAP functions
• Collaborate with internal and external resources
• Work towards business goals respecting procedures and rules

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of SAP module N/N and ITIL support
• Several years of SAP application support experience
• Experience in international projects and SAP AMS environment compliant with SOX
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticket-based working
• Understanding of business terms and conditions
• Manufacturing background with complex ERP support
• Business or Computer Science degree or equivalent
