The role is for a Sales Specialist SAP with experience in promoting and selling SAP solutions within an ESN, focusing on digital transformation needs of clients.
Location: Morocco
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new high-potential clients focusing on SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP Business One, etc.).
- Manage the entire sales cycle of SAP solutions: prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Analyze client business needs and propose suitable SAP solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful SAP project execution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while monitoring KPIs.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to stay updated on SAP solutions.
- Conduct competitive intelligence in ERP and cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma in commerce, IT, management, or related field (BAC+3 to BAC+5).
- Previous experience in an ESN, with specialization in selling technological solutions or ERP, preferably SAP.
- Strong understanding of SAP solutions and related business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand clients' technical needs.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good command of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies.
- English proficiency is a plus due to the international dimension of SAP projects.
