Senior Account Manager

The company is seeking a Senior Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry, particularly in unregulated markets, to manage key client relationships, develop market expertise, and support business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (EU)

Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize revenues from assigned customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Develop sector and market expertise.
  • Take a consultative approach to understand client business drivers and requirements.
  • Monitor client feedback to anticipate business needs and communicate insights to the Product department.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs and account status.
  • Support the Commercial Director and other stakeholders with tasks and projects.
  • Produce comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record as a B2B Account Manager in the iGaming sector in unregulated markets.
  • Prior experience with a game provider.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming trends, products, and markets.
  • Fluency in English; Russian language understanding is a plus.
  • Experience managing Tier 1 customer relationships and handling challenging clients.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Existing client base.
