The company is seeking a Senior Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry, particularly in unregulated markets, to manage key client relationships, develop market expertise, and support business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize revenues from assigned customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Develop sector and market expertise.
- Take a consultative approach to understand client business drivers and requirements.
- Monitor client feedback to anticipate business needs and communicate insights to the Product department.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs and account status.
- Support the Commercial Director and other stakeholders with tasks and projects.
- Produce comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record as a B2B Account Manager in the iGaming sector in unregulated markets.
- Prior experience with a game provider.
- Strong understanding of iGaming trends, products, and markets.
- Fluency in English; Russian language understanding is a plus.
- Experience managing Tier 1 customer relationships and handling challenging clients.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly evolving environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Existing client base.
