Senior Brand Designer

Senior Brand Designer at DualEntry, a fast-growing AI startup in NYC, responsible for owning and shaping the company's visual identity across all touchpoints.

Location: Remote - EU and LATAM countries with overlap for US ET timezone (NYC HQ)

Salary: $70K–$120K, ~$40K equity

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design output across brand, marketing, digital, and product visuals
• Build and deliver high-quality creative assets across ads, landing pages, website, campaigns, motion graphics, and product-facing visuals
• Collaborate with founders, product, engineering, and GTM teams to drive clarity, differentiation, and beauty at speed
• Define, evolve, and scale DualEntry’s design system and visual identity
• Solve complex visual and brand challenges with systems thinking and fast iteration
• Deliver creative that directly influences customer perception, revenue, and product adoption

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional design experience across digital, brand, and motion
• Proven track record in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, and 3D tools like Blender/Cinema4D
• Strong visual taste, craft, and attention to detail
• Ability to produce at high speed without sacrificing quality
• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• Experience guiding and managing freelancers
