Senior Brand Manager - DTC

Ashley Digital, the e-commerce engine behind Ashley Furniture Industries, is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to oversee two growth brands. The role involves managing brand strategy, growth initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and performance measurement in a remote setting within the United States.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of two growth brands, including revenue, margin, sales mix, and attach rate.
• Define and execute merchandising and assortment strategy, including product mix, pricing, bundles, and promotions.
• Set strategic direction for brand evolution, positioning, and category expansion.
• Identify and execute growth levers such as bundle adoption, premium SKU mix, AOV expansion, and funnel conversion improvements.
• Partner with Growth & Marketing and Product teams to design and execute experimentation roadmap.
• Analyze test results and scale successful initiatives.
• Serve as primary connector across Supply Chain, Growth & Marketing, Product, and CRM teams.
• Lead cross-functional alignment, unblock workstreams, and manage brand calendar.
• Own brand voice, visual identity, and positioning, collaborating with creative teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally in DTC brand management, merchandising, or growth.
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes such as revenue growth, margin improvement, and conversion.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end e-commerce operations.
• Strong experimentation methodology skills.
• Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Commercially sharp with ability to connect brand decisions to business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Confident communicator, comfortable with senior leadership.
• Bias toward action and experimentation with sound judgment.
• Shopify experience and background in mattress, furniture, or home categories are a plus.
