The role is for a Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, with a preference for candidates with prior closing experience.

Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and social channels
- Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and fit
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Sales
- Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, leads, and outcomes
- Follow established sales processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or sales development roles (B2B, B2C, or both)
- Proven comfort with high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting
- Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
