The role involves managing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels, utilizing tools like Iterable or Braze, to drive customer engagement and growth for a global creative platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels using tools like Iterable or Braze.
• Manage the execution of marketing strategies to drive consistent growth and customer engagement.
• Develop segmentation and personalization strategies by leveraging customer data and behavioral insights.
• Run A/B tests to identify opportunities for improving engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve overall channel effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, sales, and creative teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Support the optimization of lifecycle principles to ensure a seamless experience for our global users.

Requirements

• Professional experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or channel marketing with a focus on multi-channel campaigns.
• Practical knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Iterable or Braze and CRM systems.
• Analytical approach to interpreting data and translating it into informed marketing decisions.
• Experience implementing continuous A/B testing to refine campaign performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
