Senior Content Marketer, SEO

A Senior Content Marketer role focused on writing and optimizing SEO content for B2B technology clients, combining content creation with strategic analysis and AI workflow collaboration.

Location: Remote (AMERICAS or EMEA)

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 USD annually

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality SEO content including blogs, guides, and landing pages.
• Edit and elevate AI-generated content for publication.
• Partner with AI team to improve content workflows.
• Contribute to AEO work such as prompt tracking and citation monitoring.
• Diagnose content performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Refresh and optimize existing content for better rankings and visibility.
• Stay current on AI search tools and incorporate into content strategy.
• Manage content execution for 3–4 customer accounts independently.
• Occasionally oversee freelance writers and content calendars.
• Lead performance reporting and communicate results to clients.
• Build relationships with customers through calls and communication.
• Collaborate with design team on visuals and graphics.
• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and process improvements.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or agency setting.
• Exceptional writing ability producing publication-ready SEO content.
• Deep SEO knowledge including keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitive analysis.
• Emerging fluency in AEO including prompt tracking, citation monitoring, and audits.
• Comfort working with AI content workflows and providing editorial input.
• Analytical mindset interpreting traffic, rankings, and engagement data.
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Clearscope.
• AI fluency and awareness of best practices.
• Technical curiosity about software products.
• Content operations experience managing multiple accounts and contributors.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Ownership, initiative, and adaptability.
