Senior Enterprise Sales Manager (M/W/D) – Industrial Software

Neoception GmbH, a spin-off of Pepperl+Fuchs, specializes in IoT solutions and industrial software, seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to lead sales cycles, develop new customer projects, and build industry contacts.

Location: Remote (Germany)

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the entire sales cycle of industrial software solutions, from initial contact to contract closure.
• Development and successful closing of new customer projects.
• Management of complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Negotiation of contracts and independent closing of deals.
• Active acquisition of new industrial companies.
• Building relevant contacts in target industries.
• Participation in industry events, trade fairs, and networking.
• Utilization of speaker opportunities and industry formats.
• Supporting initial customer phases post-contract to establish solutions.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• Experience selling complex software solutions.
• Existing network and relevant contacts in the industrial IT environment.
• Good understanding of industrial digitalization / Industry 4.0.
• Independent and responsible working style.
• High self-motivation and interest in new markets.
• Interest in innovative technologies and digital trends.
• Ideally some familiarity with digital twins, interoperability, data platforms, or Asset Administration Shells.
• Fluent in German and English.
