Senior Enterprise Solution Engineer North America (M/F/D)

SimScale is an engineering simulation platform accessible via web browser, supporting various simulation types including Structural Mechanics, Fluid Dynamics, and Thermodynamics. The company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Engineer to drive simulation and AI adoption, build relationships with enterprise customers, and collaborate across teams to develop tailored solutions and product alignment.

Location: Remote (Global)

Salary: $120,000–$185,000/yr (OTE)

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with prospective enterprise customers and drive simulation and AI adoption.
• Design solution architectures for large enterprise deals, write Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage proof-of-value to technical close.
• Collaborate on webinars and workshops to showcase platform benefits for specific industries.
• Work with Product Management to align product development with high-value opportunities and ensure customer success.

Requirements

• 8+ years in solution engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales architecture for enterprise CAE / CAD / PLM / ERP software.
• Engineering degree or higher with specialization in CFD, FEA, or computational electromagnetics.
• Experience in writing SOWs, scoping multi-month services, and growing enterprise accounts past $250k ARR.
• Experience shipping customer-facing workflows involving ML / AI applied to CAE or simulation problems.
• Proven ability to demonstrate software to executives, including running C-level conversations and translating technical capabilities into ROI.
• Skilled and persuasive communicator, able to engage diverse audiences and build trust.

Additional Information

• Total compensation (OTE) range = $120,000–$185,000 annually.
