Senior Growth Product Manager

KatKin is a company that offers 100% fresh-cooked, premium meat recipes for cats, focusing on natural nutrition and building a set of products and services for cat health management. The company is expanding its direct-to-consumer business in the UK and Europe and aims to grow its customer base through innovative digital journeys.

Location: Hybrid, London

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional group to optimise conversion rates across acquisition channels using data-driven insights and rapid experimentation.
• Identify the biggest opportunities for product-led growth by leveraging research and analytics.
• Prioritise growth initiatives effectively, balancing quick wins with long-term growth and diversifying acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to launch and iterate growth initiatives in an agile environment.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers through qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover friction points and opportunities.
• Own key growth metrics by setting north star metrics, tracking performance, analysing experiments, and optimising based on data.

Requirements

• Experience in product-led growth with a focus on acquisition CRO and structured experiments.
• Data-driven decision-making skills, familiarity with tools like Posthog and Looker, knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Customer-obsessed with skills in conducting user research.
• Strong A/B testing expertise in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and proactively solve challenges.
• Collaborative leadership skills to align and inspire cross-functional teams, experience working with Product Design and Engineering as a Product Trio is a plus.
• Creative and strategic thinking, comfortable pushing boundaries and challenging assumptions.
• Experience in DTC or e-commerce businesses operating internationally is a plus.
