Responsibilities

  • Lead the localization design strategy for games and interactive experiences, defining guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure content adapts seamlessly across markets, languages, and cultural contexts.
  • Redesign game content within the Unity Editor when localization impacts gameplay; adapting layouts, UI, parameters, and features to accommodate text expansion, right-to-left language support, iconography, and culturally sensitive content.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth technical design documentation, including localization specifications for region-specific assets, and communicate requirements across teams.
  • Ensure technical optimization of games, including localized builds, and promote quality standards for consistent player experiences regardless of language or region.
  • Assist in prototyping game experiences using internal tools, including early validation of cultural and linguistic adaptations.
