Senior Product Designer

Join Archlet as a Senior Product Designer to work on a B2B SaaS platform, focusing on user-centric design, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and evolving design systems in a fast-growing environment.

Location: Remote (Spain)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for a B2B SaaS product, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and users through interviews and usability testing to create solutions for complex business problems.
• Own end-to-end design initiatives, translating requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for user-centric design and contribute to product strategy, balancing user needs, business constraints, and technical considerations.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices, implementing improvements in the design process.
• Partner with Product Managers on discovery and problem framing, focusing on solving complex UX challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a professional product designer with a strong portfolio on B2B SaaS products.
• Experience designing complex user flows, workflows, or systems (e.g., approvals, negotiations, configurations, data-heavy interfaces).
• In-depth experience with design tools like Figma.
• Proven experience in conducting user research and translating insights into impactful designs.
• Bonus: Experience in supply chain topics.
• Bonus: Experience working in a fast-growing startup or as the sole designer in a company.
