Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Bring a high standard of visual and interaction design to your work, ensuring intuitive, delightful experiences.
• Develop a deep understanding of users and craft thoughtful designs.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to create guidelines for user content and guidance.
• Iterate on design solutions based on feedback, data, and collaboration.
• Use system thinking for cohesive user experiences.
• Learn from and contribute to Vanta's broader ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with some experience in B2B SaaS or complex domains.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, system thinking, and visual craftsmanship.
• Experience in creating inclusive and accessible design solutions.
• Expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, properties, and variables.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Experience in developing comprehensive documentation for design components.
• Ability to lead and mentor other designers.
