Senior Product Manager Growth

Responsibilities

• Own and execute growth strategy across activation, retention, monetization, and SEO.
• Optimize full-funnel from first touch to paid expansion.
• Manage payment flow, pricing tests, checkout, and upgrade experiences.
• Conduct hypothesis-driven A/B experiments and analytics.
• Develop organic acquisition strategies including SEO and content.
• Identify and shape high-leverage product opportunities to increase ARR.
• Perform competitive analysis across growth models, pricing, onboarding, and SEO.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with deep ownership of growth or monetization.
• Strong technical foundation, preferably with a software engineering background.
• Experience with freemium or viral growth models, SEO-driven acquisition, or self-serve SaaS.
• Ability to form hypotheses from data, run experiments, and interpret results.
• Fluency in analytics tools, funnels, cohort analysis, and SEO fundamentals.
• Proven track record of driving measurable ARR or funnel improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
