Senior Product Marketing Manager (M/F/D)

The role is for a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Matrix42, responsible for leading marketing efforts for assigned products, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote Germany

Responsibilities

• Lead all marketing efforts for assigned product(s).
• Understand target audience’s challenges and communicate how the product solves problems.
• Collaborate with product owners, sales, and marketing teams to shape marketing content.
• Drive sales readiness processes including pricing, product positioning, value proposition, messaging, and enablement.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration in technical and business teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Deep industry understanding including customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
• Experience in sales readiness processes for new products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in product marketing content creation.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Master of science/engineering degree or comparable.
• Expertise in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in software.
• Proven record of successful product launches and campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
