Senior Product Owner CX

CSG is a global leader in revenue management, customer engagement, and digital monetization, providing cloud native SaaS platform Ascendon for Telecoms, Media, and Entertainment sectors. They focus on creating meaningful customer connections and simplifying digital business transformation.

Location: Portugal RemotePT.BRAGA.Remote

Responsibilities

• Owns standards and backlog definition for CX driven work, partnering with Product Owners and Engineering for delivery.
• Contribute to the strategic CX roadmap balancing client needs and product standardization.
• Lead development and grooming of technical tickets and user stories, ensuring UX vision and readiness.
• Act as the primary interface between UX designers and technical teams, translating complex SaaS concepts.
• Lead delivery within Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environments, adapting to client needs.
• Identify opportunities to turn custom requests into standard features, reducing technical debt.
• Work with Engineering, QA, and UX teams to meet performance and usability standards.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, focusing on front end experiences on mobile and web.
• Strong understanding of cloud native, SaaS architectures, APIs, data structures, and front end frameworks.
• Deep familiarity with UX best practices and creating intuitive customer journeys.
• Ability to work across different delivery methodologies and fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Telecommunications preferred; exposure to Subscription Management, Finance, or Entertainment is a plus.
• Proficiency in ADO (Azure DevOps), Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Adobe XD.
