Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure Delivery

The Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure Delivery at Clean Power Alliance manages the implementation of community resilience projects involving solar and storage backup systems, coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Location: Los Angeles, Ventura counties, California, USA

Salary: $120,008.17–$180,012.25/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical project management for solar PV and battery energy storage system projects from development through operation.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including contractors, owner’s representatives, and utility providers.
• Apply industry best practices and market trends to support project execution and continuous improvement.
• Manage collection, analysis, and reporting of project data for oversight and performance tracking.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of project management experience in renewable energy.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Scheduler, Smartsheet, Procore, Autodesk, Oracle Primavera, PS Project, or similar.
• Degree in engineering, business, or related technical field with experience in utility-scale solar and/or BESS projects.
• Proven project management experience in energy, utility, or construction sectors.
• Knowledge of products and specifications including PV modules, BESS systems, microgrid controllers, transformers, inverters, trackers, and substation components.

Additional Information

• Position offers Hybrid or Remote work options within Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
• Requires full-time attendance at CPA’s office 2-3 days per week for Hybrid option.
• Remote option requires availability for in-office days and field events as needed.
• All staff must work during CPA’s office hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm PST.
• Employees must submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700).
