Salary: $148,600 – $237,400

Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and scale testing infrastructure for AI-powered experiences.
• Treat testing infrastructure as a product by prototyping, learning, and iterating.
• Define standards and build processes for pre-production testing that are scalable.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate testing needs into systems and workflows.
• Bring technical perspective into research and decision-making processes.
