Senior Solutions Engineer (Law)

Salary: $140,000–$175,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead in the pre-sales process, providing expert guidance on iManage solutions to clients and prospects.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client requirements and propose solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of the iManage platform.
• Identify and address technical gaps or challenges, proactively offering innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, establishing trust and credibility.
• Stay current with iManage product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings to ensure relevance in client engagements.
• Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and proposals to support sales efforts.
• Mentor less experienced pre-sales team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Respond to client RFIP/Infosec's.
• Develop Demo Environments and maintain them to ensure pre-sales have the best platform to showcase capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role or similar within the B2B SaaS space.
• Strong technical background with experience in solution design, integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, product, and delivery teams.
• Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations.
• Experience in identifying gaps in client requirements or processes and proposing solutions.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting complex ideas to various audiences.
• Ability to travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed.
