Senior / Staff Product Designer

The company is building a product development system for teams and agents, seeking a Senior / Staff Product Designer to design high-quality software products and collaborate with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing high-quality software products
• Collaborating with engineers and product teams to initiate and complete roadmap projects

Requirements

• 7+ years experience designing software
• Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for what you feel is right
• Humility to accept feedback, adapt your thinking, and iterate toward the best solution
• Experience with prototyping in Figma (and beyond with tools like AI, HTML/CSS, Origami)
• Ability to distill problems and feedback, then design clear, focused solutions
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
