Senior UX Designer

Buildout is seeking a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in UX/UI to design user experiences, lead research, and ensure quality in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI as a user experience designer or product designer with a strong portfolio of design projects
• Demonstrated track record of using AI-native tools to prototype, explore, and validate ideas
• Experience designing and shipping agentic AI experiences
• Experience with a SaaS product portfolio and new product introduction
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, platforms, and frameworks
• Comfortable leading and assisting in user research activities, design sprints, and workshops
• Fluent in Figma and comfortable moving fluidly between sketching ideas on paper, whiteboarding with your team, and crafting them into working prototypes
• Genuinely enjoys talking to customers and deeply collaborative by default
