MoonPay is seeking a Senior Workday Engineer (Techno-Functional Lead) to manage and enhance their Workday ecosystem, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and integration. The role involves hands-on configuration, operational support, and system optimization.

Salary: $120k–$150k

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Workday ecosystem, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
• Perform hands-on Workday configuration and operational support.
• Develop integrations, automation, and optimize the system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across configuration and integrations.
• Experience across multiple Workday modules including Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
• Strong experience with Workday integrations (e.g., APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio or similar tools).
• Comfortable owning both system operations and technical improvements end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system or data issues independently.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
