Support and maintain Service-Now platform and related processes, including upgrades, incident, change, request, problem management, CMDB, portal, tables, integrations, and reporting, with a focus on transition support for new developments in SECOPS and APMNOW modules.

Location: Mexico

Salary: MXN 780,000 – MXN 900,000

Responsibilities

• Support platform upgrades and migration processes.
• Maintain incident, change, request, problem management processes.
• Manage CMDB configuration and support the End User Portal (ITNOW).
• Configure and support foundation tables and integrations.
• Assist during transition to production for SECOPS and APMNOW modules.
• Support reporting processes in Service-Now and SAP BO.
• Support end users’ incidents.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with Service-Now platform and ITSM processes.
• Knowledge of CMDB, integrations, and portal management.
• Experience supporting transition to production for new functionalities.
• Ability to configure tables, workflows, and reports.
