ServiceNow Change Manager

Seeking a change management consultant with experience supporting ServiceNow implementations to provide change management support and best practices during platform deployment.
Location: France
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on change management support to ServiceNow implementations.
- Define change purpose, overview, activities, and action plans.
- Identify key stakeholders and impacts.
- Sequence change activities with project timelines.
- Build initiative-level Change Story.
- Create kick-off materials for impacted groups.
- Develop change risk and mitigation plans.
- Communicate change to end-users through various engagement activities.
- Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments.
- Facilitate and support end-user training and platform demos.
- Help teams understand how to use ServiceNow effectively.
- Collect adoption metrics and user feedback.
- Participate in Hypercare and collect data on change KPIs.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow modules such as Customer Service Management, Case Management, and Risk Management.
- Developed and implemented change management plans for digital transformation projects.
- Workshop facilitation skills.
- Complex stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information
- Support and upskill client’s internal change management team on best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience working with services or federal crown corporations is a plus.
