ServiceNow Consultant (ITOM)

Senior ServiceNow consultant with experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions that drive operational excellence.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing IT operations processes and infrastructure to identify optimization opportunities and design target ITOM architectures.
• Design and implement comprehensive ITOM solutions, including discovery, event management, service mapping, and operational workflows.
• Manage integrations within complex system environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experience in ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Knowledge of IT operations processes and infrastructure.
• Ability to design and implement complex ITOM architectures.
• Experience with system integrations.
