Software Engineer II

The candidate will be responsible for configuring and delivering client-facing healthcare applications, supporting process enhancements, and maintaining application systems. The role involves troubleshooting, issue resolution, client communication, and collaboration with development and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure client-facing applications as per requirements and MLR guidelines.
• Update applications according to gathered requirements and guidelines.
• Represent the Application Operations / Development team on projects.
• Participate in daily application operations and development meetings.
• Follow change management procedures for application updates.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Create Wiki articles for common processes.
• Coordinate with Development Team for software releases in UAT and Production.
• Set up environments for new implementations.
• Configure Single Sign-On integrations.
• Support development of product unit tests for regression testing.
• Measure application development KPIs.
