Solution Developer - Demos Engineering

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM focused on innovation, customer success, and workforce transformation. The company is seeking a Solution Developer for the Demos team to develop demo assets and support the global pre-sales team, collaborating closely with product managers and leveraging AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and design new features that showcase the latest capabilities of the platform.
• Innovate solutions using Salesforce APIs to automate configuration and save Solutions Engineers time.
• Build high-quality demo assets for the demo platform.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and optimize workflows.
• Understand demo product owners' needs and develop solutions accordingly.
• Ensure development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Build and ship high-quality, secure, and optimized software with AI integration.
• Design systems with AI agents that integrate into workflows.
• Contribute to system design documentation for AI operations.
• Evaluate code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
• Align feature delivery with Salesforce release cycles.
• Follow Agile and DevOps practices to manage and automate development and release processes.
• Test and examine configuration and code, analyze results, and develop fixes.
• Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Contribute to developer documentation and educate demo product owners.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Partner with product managers to prioritize development backlog.
• Plan projects and participate in project management.
• Work as part of a global team.

Requirements

• Genuine AI-first approach to engineering, using AI to enhance development.
• Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Codex, etc.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills for reliable AI outputs.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development on the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to design and orchestrate complex AI-integrated systems.
• Experience in building and maintaining system documentation.
• Strong testing and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
