Sourcing Manager (US, Virtual, NOAM)

The Sourcing Manager at BCD Meetings & Events is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting meetings and events, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful event execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, vendor management, and client engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and managing vendor relationships to deliver top-notch service at great prices.
• Negotiating contracts while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Keeping clients updated and engaged every step of the way.
• Navigating Cvent technology to manage meeting details and budgets efficiently.
• Collaborating with diverse teams to drive success in every event.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of event sourcing experience.
• Experience managing outside vendors and negotiating contracts.
• Strong client management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
• CMP certification (bonus points!).
