Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional cybersecurity customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related issues efficiently.
• Advise customers on cybersecurity best practices and the effective use of security products.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity challenges.
• Keep updated with the latest trends, threats, and solutions in the cybersecurity field.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in English is a plus
• Experience in customer support or cybersecurity roles is preferred
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM tools and customer support software
