Salary: $52,025.00 - $97,528.69 per year

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Power BI and Excel reports for stakeholders.
• Acquire and manage data from internal and external sources.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Translate findings into summaries for leadership and operations.
• Support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
• Utilize tools such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, and Git.
• Develop AI-powered agents for automation and reporting workflows.
• Design and optimize large-scale data models.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards and conduct QA checks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics with complex datasets.
• Background in healthcare, finance, or operations analytics.
• Expert in SQL on platforms like Snowflake, T-SQL, or Microsoft SQL.
• Advanced experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Epic data structures and healthcare data systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience with relational databases and large-scale data environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
