Responsibilities
- Manage an average portfolio of ~100 customer accounts with approximately $16M in revenue responsibility.
- Drive revenue by identifying and pursuing programmatic and incremental opportunities.
- Partner with Outside Developers to increase sales and ensure program compliance.
- Leverage sales tools like Salesforce, Prioritized Insights, Tenfold.
- Collaborate with category experts and customer support teams.
- Work with Revenue Management to evaluate opportunities and make pricing decisions.
- Uncover incremental opportunities at master and site levels.
- Develop understanding of customer industry purchasing processes.
- Lead implementation and ramp-up of customer programs.
- Engage Customer Support Center to manage customer experience.
- Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets is a plus.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management and/or business development.
- Knowledge of office supplies and adjacent categories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience with consultative, solutions-based selling.
- Ability to develop customer growth plans.
- Strong business, financial, operational, and technology acumen.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and industry trends.
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently.
