Responsibilities
- Establishes revenue success strategies for hotels including rate tiers, group ceilings, booking parameters, and seasonality.
- Leads market sales team to have expert knowledge of the geographic market and collaborates with stakeholders.
- Directs team to follow sales philosophy, manages sales activities, and ensures accountability.
- Participates actively in sales processes to identify and capture revenue opportunities.
- Encourages proactive exploration to grow market share.
- Oversees onsite sales management and develops sales team members.
- Participates in industry education and networking.
- Manages business-to-business partnerships and analyzes key performance indicators.
- Leads a team of sales professionals including Directors and Coordinators.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of outside sales and account management experience, preferably in hospitality.
- 3-5 years of sales leadership experience or completion of leadership development program.
