Location: Remote (EU)

Salary: $100k – $185k USD

Responsibilities

• Designing services, data models, pipelines, and evaluation loops for core backend systems.
• Making data more complete, decisions more transparent, and products more valuable.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Excellent at craft with hustle and grit.
• Full ownership of work and project completion skills.
• Proactive communication skills.
• Comfort with experimentation and iteration.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of Python, serverless technologies (Lambda, EC2), asynchronous workflows, and cloud environments.
• Comfort with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
