The Streaming Media Assistant at Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is responsible for supporting live and on-demand streaming video products, ensuring their proper functionality through system health monitoring, issue mitigation, and media orchestration. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing operational support for high-profile media content across global platforms.

Salary: $63,600–$98,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Follow operational procedures and raise awareness of workflow issues.
• Validate the quality and availability of live content streams.
• Execute system health monitoring and media orchestration using proprietary software.
• Troubleshoot workflows and record steps when issues arise.
