Technical Account Manager

Transmit Security is hiring a Technical Account Manager to build and maintain strategic customer relationships, ensure successful adoption of their platform, and support technical and business needs in a remote, US Eastern Time Zone aligned role.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success and adoption of Transmit Security’s solutions
• Build knowledge of customer environments and use cases to become the customer’s champion at Transmit Security
• Understand customers' business and technical needs, and provide technical guidance on leveraging Transmit Solutions
• Champion onboarding and drive time-to-value and ROI for customers
• Identify and resolve technical roadblocks for customers
• Develop deep technical understanding of Transmit’s products and architect solutions
• Lead the post-sales team to shape product development based on customer needs
• Manage customer technical response during incidents
• Present product roadmap and align with customer goals
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews
• Act as a trusted technical adviser to customers
• Develop and lead customer enablement sessions
• Collaborate with Sales and Field Engineers to develop new opportunities and provide feedback
• Ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and success

Requirements

• Demonstrated technical leadership in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or related roles
• Experience leading and building Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solution Engineering teams
• Ability to develop and nurture executive relationships within customer organizations
• Experience working with cross-functional internal teams on technical projects
• Deep technical knowledge in Risk/Fraud and Identity and Access technologies (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, REST APIs, Certificates, Identity Orchestration, WebAuthn)
• Technical awareness of AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, Kubernetes
• Curiosity to learn new technologies and platforms
• Experience driving strategic initiatives across teams
• Willingness to travel up to once a month for EMEA customer engagements

Additional Information

• The OTE salary range is $160,000 - $200,000, with individual compensation based on qualifications and experience.
