Technical Architect

The role involves designing and overseeing complex technical architectures, working closely with business and development teams to deliver innovative IT solutions, and ensuring architectural standards and best practices are followed.

Responsibilities

• Design the technical architecture to address business requirements, including system configurations and solving complex problems.
• Develop relationships across the business to understand requirements and oversee implementation.
• Provide innovative and practical designs for system integration.
• Maximize value from IT products and solutions, including tool evaluation.
• Guide resolving complex technical issues and contribute to project management.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centric systems.
• Coach and support development teams during implementation.
• Review solutions for architectural compliance.
• Contribute to development standards for optimization and consistency.

Requirements

• Master’s/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field (preferred).
• More than 15 years of applied experience.
• Experience owning the design of major application or software architecture components.
• Deep knowledge of technical architecture across systems.
• Track record of building and delivering mission-critical, 24x7 systems.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and web services.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with REST and RPC service patterns.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers.
• Experience managing onshore, remote, and offshore teams.
• Experience in technical design review and development.
• Experience with Microsoft .NET, ReactJS, Angular.
• Experience building Cloud-native solutions (MS Azure preferred).
• Managing cross-functional development, testing, and operational teams.
• Exposure to project management principles.
