Technical Product Manager

Vouched is building a powerful identity verification platform that provides worldwide access to critical services such as healthcare, financial services, and rentals. They serve startups, unicorns, and large enterprises with easy integration solutions, leveraging modern cloud infrastructure and AI-powered tools.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 USD annually

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Write detailed PRDs with interactive prototypes using AI tooling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define delivery timelines and manage risks.
• Scope work accurately with engineering teams and ensure technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Use data, customer feedback, and market research to inform product decisions.
• Drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement culture.
• Monitor and communicate key product metrics.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI-powered tools to improve development speed and quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in software engineering.
• Strong technical understanding, comfortable with code and system architecture.
• Proficiency with AI-powered product development tools like Claude Cowork, v0, Figma, etc.
• Exceptional attention to detail in documentation and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Linear, Jira, Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and market trends.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Experience managing or collaborating with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with identity verification products or AI/ML solutions (plus).
